Since there was some discussion this morning as a result of my post yesterday [1], I'd like to elaborate on the nature of my failure to get the proper language support via the installer. My first attempt to install the language-pack-sv package failed. After having run "apt update" I could install language-pack-sv, and then do: $ check-language-support -l sv firefox-locale-sv hunspell-sv hunspell-sv-se hyphen-sv language-pack-gnome-sv libreoffice-help-sv libreoffice-l10n-sv mythes-sv wswedish That's the Swedish language support I missed yesterday, and which I can install manually: sudo apt install $(check-language-support -l sv) But I shouldn't need to do that. The installer should do it. Don't know why it doesn't do that for me. I tested to install in French and Chinese too, and the same failure. So it does not seem to be an issue specific to Swedish.
