LANGUAGE priority list
- language selector allows to set a priority order language, the GNOME version doesn't
without specific fallback the normal priority list should be
$locale -> $locale_without_country_code -> C (e.g zh_CN -> zh -> C)

Input methods
- we can drop this from language-selector, as im-config is not designed for this anyway
- g-c-c 3.6 already supports this

Installation / removal of languages and their support packages
- Rodrigo has a rather small patch to call the PackageKit API to install language support packages in an upstream friendly API

* The fontconfig work from quantal is having issues:
- always install all the snippets, filter which ones to use based on the language

lot of chinese users use the chinese locale for input but English locale for display and get broken fonts in return...
